Order Confirmation & Policy Agreement

By placing an order on the Laurevo website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.

Completing a purchase means that you agree to the conditions and timeframes outlined below, accept the return procedure as stated, and acknowledge that this policy and related order records may be used as supporting documentation in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback.


Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided the conditions below are met.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Only standard inspection and handling may have occurred.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns are inspected upon receipt. Laurevo reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, misuse, damage, or handling beyond normal inspection.


Return Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund. Items purchased on sale or with a discount are final. Promotional purchases, giveaways, and orders placed using won store credit are excluded from returns. Items that do not meet the stated return conditions are not eligible for return or refund.

Store credit, vouchers, and giveaway prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.


How to Request a Return

All returns must be requested in advance via the contact page on this website.

Please include your order number, the reason for return, and visual evidence if the item is damaged or defective.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of shipment until the return process is completed.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via the contact page.

Please provide clear visual evidence of the issue. After verification, Laurevo may, at its discretion, offer a replacement or determine that a return is not required. Processing times may vary depending on availability and logistical handling.


Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Orders

Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer may result in administrative and processing costs being deducted from any applicable refund.

Laurevo is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping details.


Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible, and a return may only be initiated after delivery.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer in all cases.


Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If there is an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the matter fairly and efficiently.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Laurevo may submit relevant documentation to the payment provider, including order confirmation details, shipping and tracking information, and communication records.

Initiating a chargeback without prior contact may delay resolution and affect future purchasing eligibility.


Important Information

All approved returns are shipped to a central fulfillment center.
Returns are not free, and return shipping costs are not covered.
Laurevo is not responsible for delays caused by logistical processing or customs procedures.
Hygiene-sensitive items returned in used or unsanitary condition will not be accepted.
